Is It True That A Person Will Burn 2000 Calories A Day Just On Regular Movements ?
I just want to know if the calories burned calculator on Fitday.com is accurate? Also, I would like to know if it is true that although you might not exercise and be extremely active, just on regular movements, a person burns 2000 calories a day?

Normally it is considered as a thumb rule that a person with a weight of 180 pounds will burn 100 calories if he walks 1 mile so with this rule a person can burn 2000 calories in a day if he walks 20 miles in a day which is almost half of marathon and is not possible for a person to do.If you really want to lose weight please take a diet that is low in calories and do exercise and you will lose weight but i guess the tall claim of the site or product is questionable.
