Is Laproscopy The Only Option To Unblock Fallopian Tube?

Is it advisable to do laproscopy to open blocked fallopian tube?

Yesterday my wife got HSG test done and report says right tube is blocked! Doctor suggested Laproscopy to unblock tube! My wife is a bit scared of laproscopy operation after the pain of HSG test!

Is it the only way to unblock the tube? Can she be pregnant with left tube only!
