Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Is Nasal Congestion, Fatigue And Eye Floaters Related To Hay Fever?
About 3 months ago I went to the dr and was diagnosed with allergic rhinitis. I got tested for allergies, saw an ENT, had a ct scan done (was clear), and still don't feel any better. I wake up everyday with severe nasal congestion and post nasal drip. Having trouble focusing, have eye floaters, fatigue, feel like I'm living outside my body. Is all this being caused by hay fever? I am 30 years old and have never had severe allergies. I exercise regularly and always have a positive outlook on life, but I have been miserable for months! HELP!
Thank you for asking! You seem to have a chronic allergic rhinitis which can be managed with allergen avoidance and symptomatic therapy of decongestants and antihistamines. Try subcutaneous and sublingual therapies for the relief. These are new options and work like charm. take care
