Is Pain In Right Side Of My Face A Sign Of Sinus Infection?

I am female and 29 years of age. I had pain started in my right nostril last night while I was sleeping and when I woke up this morning the pain was not only in my right nostril but also my right eye and in my teeth on the right side. I had just a small nose bleed yesterday in my left nostril. Last week I also had a small nose bleed. I have no cough and maybe a little bit of a runny nose here and there but nothing substantial. Would this be a sinus infection?

please dont worry!
take steam 3-4 times a day and meet your ent doctor for considering starting antibiotics for the infection!
