Is Plantar Fasciosis Completely Curable?

Hello Dr

I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis around 1.4 yrs back.I am 32 yr old female.

I was told to reduce weight . I reduced my weight by 13 kgs , and gained 3 kgs , so ideally 10 kgs. I was allowed to run and exercise with shoe insoles except for hopping and standing in one place.

I see that the pain has reduced but still there when I run for more than 10 mins , If I walk after 40 mins and if I stand after 4-5 mins.

On pressing the heel area , I do not find much pain.
A recent xray has shown a Heel spur small but sharp.

1) Is the condition converted to plantar fasciosis which is a more chronic one ?

2)Can it be completely treated and Can I ever walk pain free.

3) what are the non surgical tretment option.

4) Is the heel spur a problem or just a clinical finding. Can the heel spur be blunted.

Thanks,
Sarika
