Is Proactive A Recommended Solution For Scars Left Behind By Acne?
My son who is 20yo still continues to have acne which is leaving scars. Are there there products he can use safely. He had used Proactive with reasonable results but with reading negative feedback about the product has stopped using it which is why the acne has returned.
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. Acne may be related to the Harmon, fats, and infections. I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms erythromycin, Vitamin A, and D,clindamycin locally. I advise you to wash face several times, with cold water with out soap. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have blood, general health and resistance against infections. Weishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
Hi, Acne occurs due blockage of opening of sebacious gland hence sebum formed doesn't come out and swelling develops in form of acne. It can be due to dirt n debris n somtimes becomes infected . Most commonly occurs in teenage . That is y your son had been facing it again . So keep his face clean with facewash or soap ( lik acnederm ). Don't puncture acne , if yellow pustule forms then apply clarithromycine ointment local applications thrice a day. Hope it ll help
