Hello, I am 15 years old and got a mild concussion 3 days ago. I have not shown symptoms since i woke up yesterday, should i be able to sleep over at my friends house tonight, we wont be doing any physical activity, just watching tv and movies as i would at home.
Hello. I read your question and I find it good that you are a prudent person. You have no reason to worry though, since you have no symptoms and won't be doing anything extreme there is no added risk from spending the night at your friend's place. I hope you have a good time.
Hello Welcome here, I dont think there would be any problem in having good sleep. But i would suggest you to avoid caffeinated drinks like tea, coffee, coca-cola and chocolates as the tend to disrupt sleep. Hope this helps. Enjoy at your friend's house. Take care
