Is Surgery Needed To Fix Dislocated Ulna And Bowed Radius And Plate?

I had a Galaezzi fracture and dislocation 3 months ago and had open reduction & internal fixation. I just moved and went to a new Doc today because I was concerned that my ulna was still dislocated. I still can't fully supinate (about 30 degrees off), despite OT. Also, when I supinate, I have this indentation in my wrist..almost like my skin is sucking inward. The x-ray showed that my ulna was below the area it should be and I was referred to a hand specialist. Also, my radius and plate were bowed out..and I mean significantly bowed. Do you think I will need another surgery, and can they fix my bowed out radius?
