I m taking amino fit capsule and evion lc tablet as recommended by my skin specialist ..if i stop taking it i notice that my skin looks dark..start getting acne .i get lots of hair fall...etc...

I Actually advise my all the patients who are asking for vitamin supplement, to have the natural food that contains vitamin and proteins instead of taking drug, more over if you are taking vitamins since long time then this could developed the hypovitaminosis, so better to avoid taking this, hope this helps.
