Is There A Non-prescription Alternative To Prednisolone?

Is there a non-prescription alternative to Prednisolone ? I am currently taking a five day course of 40mg once daily to overcome a chest infection, in conjunction with an antibiotic. The relief from back and knee pain and other joint stiffness is wonderful and I should like to be able to achieve this effect more frequently.

I really appreciate your concern, if you are on steroid then there are certain condition as long as the steroid are concern, first it is to be given with extra precaution, in very extreme condition where it is highly indicative, under the medical supervision, second the dose of this need to be tapered gradually, minimum possible dose for minimum short period, and no other drug would be given in option to this because it is also kind of hormone, there is no option available for this, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
