Is There Any Permanent Cure For Arthritis? Can Synovial Fluid Be Regenerate Or Induced Artificially?

I would like to know about the possibility of cure for Arthritis . My mother is affected by this disease for about 3 years. Is there any permanent cure for this? Also, I have heard or learnt that the main cause for the pain & inflammation is the loss of the Synovial fluid . Can that be regenerated or artificially induced? Thanks & Regards SOURAV BHATTACHARYA
