Is There Anything To Worry From The Test Report?

Hi, my brother aged 45 weight around 80 kg got the following report
serum bilirubin =0.8

sgpt =170

sgot=180

alkaine =255

random plasma glucose=286

serum cholestrol=128

blood urea=17
pls let me know if it is very dangerous. any suggestions to improve

The most prominent part in your report is raised random blood glucose level. SGOT SGPT and Alkaline are also raised. Other things are with in normal range. I will advise you to immediately get prescribed drugs for raised blood glucose. In my opinion other abnormalities are related to abnormal blood glucose- correction of blood glucose will normalize other parameters.
