Is Via Ananas Effective To Control The Weight ?
hello doctor ,my daughter is 13 years old and she s 158.5 ms tall and 65 kilograms.She failed to follow diet programs and I am afraid that she would gain more weight in time.Is via ananas effective in her case?

don`t advice or order ,set example before her,start taking her for walk /exercise aerobics along with family.Food at home should be such that she don`t develop much temptations.Every one in family should participate.As for 158.5 cm height the weight is slightly on higher side .
