Is Wrist, Forearm, Upper Arm And Shoulder Pain Due To Dehydration?
The past few days i ve had wrist, forearm, upper arm and shoulder pain. It s a dull sometime burning pain. I started feeling this pain after Thanksgiving and sometime I get the same pain after I ve been drinking. It lasts for hours sometimes days. Am I dehydrated? or is it something more serious? I m a 37 yr old woman btw.
