Itching, Stinging And Crawling Sensation In Skin With Lesions All Over The Body. What Could This Indicate?
I have had the feeling ov crawling itching n sporadic stings also have lesions chest, thigh, arms, face, back my skin comes off in lines like if I scratch or pick its like lines or white long bits come off from under the skin sometimes the skin just dissolves into tip ov my finger eventually leaving hard skin I keep feeling and hearing as if it were a magnit thud something falling from my head / kneck when I look I can't see anything just tiny clear or white granules also my fingers have lines and the skin comes away like that I keep having the feeling ov hair over my face arms ears n nose I have found these and there really thin clear like fuzz bits it's taking over my life also in my clothes wearing them I have constant jagging feeling even when washed n ironed please help !!! Thanks for posting your query. After reading your query it appears to be Scabies which manifests as itchy lesions all over the body. The Itching is worst at night and is really troublesome.
I suggest you to apply 5% permethrin cream/ lotion all over your body and keep it overnight.
You can take oral anti-histamine loratadine two times daily for the itching.
DO not try to scratch or pinch the area as it can lead to secondary infection and further complications.

Hi itching all over the body with burning and stringing can be due to scabies.or peduculosis.or due to vitamin b12 deficiency.
Scalp is also involved indicates it is not scabies but can be peduculosis rule out secondary syphilis by going for vdrl test.
