Kid Having Light Coloured Stools. Had Cold, Swallowed Mucus, Throwing Up. Consult Doctor?
my almost 3 yr old has very light coloured stools, this has happened the last two days. Yesterday it was runny, today not so runny. She had been throwing up in the mornings (last few days) not today which we associated with her cold which she was swallowing rather than blowing out a lot of mucus. Should i be taking her to the doctors?

Look, "very light colored stool" may indicate a bile duct obstruction, which could also explain some of the other symptoms your child has. The bile is produced in the gallbladder and excreted in the small intestine through bile ducts. That's what gives color to our stool.
You should take her to a doctor as soon as possible for evaluation.
