You need to be under the treatment of a Nephrologist. You appear to have a serious urinary tract infection which needs to be treated.A urine culture and sensitivity test will help select the best antibiotics, low protein diet, rest and other measures as advised by your doctor may correct the renal profile and prevent further damage. You are currently on the borderline ,with correct therapy and advice there is no reason why you should not have a normal life span.
