L5 spondylolysis is seen on the right side without ant evidence of listhesis. Broad-based posterocentral disc protrusions with annular tears are seen in L3-4 and L4-5 discs which indent the thecal sac without causing nerve root compressions. Mild posterior bulge of L%-S1 disc is seen which indents the thecal sac without causing any neural compression. Facetal arthropathy is seen at this level on rt side compromising the right L5-S1 neural foramen causing mild indentation of the exiting right L% nerve root

Hi, welcome and thanks for writing in.
There are degenerative changes in the form disc protrusion. Intervertebral disc is round in shape . As age advances it increases in its radius causing compression on nerve roots.
There small fracture of one of the part of L5 vertebra without any change in alignment of spine. You need do physiotherapy for your symptoms.
