LAST NIGHT I AWOKE AT 2AM WITH BAD LOWER STOMACH
LAST NIGHT I AWOKE AT 2AM WITH BAD LOWER STOMACH CRAMPS IT TOOK A WHILE TO HAVE A BOWEL MOVEMENT THEN I FELT BETTER THE CRAMPS RETURNED AND BOWEL MOVEMENT WAS EASIER TO HAVE AND SOFTER EVENTUALY AFTER 5 BOUTS OF LOOSE WATERY STOLL I WENT BACK TO SLEEP THEN 3 HOURS LATER THE CRAMPS RETURNED AND ALL THE CAME OUT WAS VERY BRIGHT RED BLOOD AND BLOODY RED CLOTS . I WENT TO THE ER AND THEYCOULD SEE A FISURE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE RECTUMN BUT THE CRAMPS CONTINUED AND FELT LIKE I WAS PASSING ALOT OF STOOOL AND ALL THERE WAS WAS MORE PLAIN RED CLOTTY BLOOD ACCOMPANYED WITH CRAMPS NO STOOL AT ALL I HAD A CBC AND ALL BLOOD COUNTS WERE WITHIN NORMAL RANGES I HAD THIS 8 YEARS AGO AND HAD A ENDOCOPY AND COLONOSCOPY WHICH SHOWED NO CANCEROUS CELLS BUT SOME IRRATATION. NOW ITS BACK AND IM SCARED AND AFRAID TO EAT AND MY LOWER HALF OF ABDOMIN IS TENDOR AND PASSING ALOT OF GAS...

Hi, i read your question thoroughly and got your point,
Many patient comes to my patient with such an issue.
If i was your treating doctor i would suggest physical examination
A stool routine examination
Ultrasound abdomin
To make a diagnosis whether it is Dysentry or a Fissure.
I would give you imperical ciprofloxacin,metronidazole,drotaverine and
Ispaghole husk, a stool softner.
You will be ok with in a week. Dont worry about it, as there is no such thing like cancer for an overnight history.
As these are prescription drugs your local doctor will advise.
