Late Ovulation, Tingling In Nipples And Thighs And Period With Clots Due To Hormonal Imbalance?
I ovulated a week late due to stress. My period was two weeks after that. I started to get tingling sensations in my nipples and I am convinced that the aeroles are darker. I also got weird whoosing in my lower pelvis and things felt a little like tingling. I have had excess saliva in my mouth. I took a pregnancy test on the day my period started and it was clearly negative. But since I have still experienced all these symptoms and had a 4 day period with clots, but not so many cramps as normal. Could this be hormonal imbalance or menopause? I have just turned 44.

Heavy bleeding with clots for a single cycle is not concerning for either menopause or hormonal imbalance. There is nothing to be worried about. If the problem persist, then follow up with ObGyn for further evaluation.
