Loss Of Appetite, Feverish, Losing Eyesight, Stomach And Hand Pain. What Could This Be?

Hi I just wanted to know why am I feeling sick to my stomach and feverish.
I do not have an appetite nor do I feel any sort of strength in my body..have pain on and off in my stomach and my upper right hand by the stomach area. My eyesight feels like it is going down. Why am I feeling these symptoms ??
Is there anything for me to worry about..??

Hi, it appears that there could be fever and gastric irritation, or there may be only gastric irritation causing all these symptoms is also possible. the cause may be peptic ulcer, irritant foods, alcohol, drugs, or gallbladder pain.
I advise you to consult a gastro enterologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have gastroscpy, and M.R.I.for confirmation.
