Yes, I definitely think it is a good idea to visit your doctor. Dehydation, low sugar levels, Alterations in blood pressure, blood sugars,
thyroid abnormalities , anaemia (low
hemoglobin) , etc can cause severe
tiredness.
It would be a good idea to get your blood pressure checked......
cholesterol levels,
Vitamin B12, hemoglobin, TSH, Fasting blood glucose and post prandial blood glucose .
Have well balanced meals.
Instead of 3 large meals a day, try having smaller frequent meals 6 times a day.
Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
Your glucose levels 71-78 seem to be in the normal range. However, some people get hypoglycemic symtoms even with this value. Any history of tremors, sweating , palpitations etc ?
