Low Grade Fever For One Month Even Though All The Reports Are Normal
dear doc my brother is having low grade fever in the late evening almost from one month, for one week there was no fever.He does not have wt. loss and loss of appetite ,a little bit tendonitis is present.all investigations are negtive like TB PCR , HIV ,HBS Ag,RA FACTOR,ANA,COMPLETE HEMOGRAM,WIDAL,MP,LFT,RFTetc.what should we do now

I understand that the fever is only in the evenings and is there night sweating also. Have you any swellings in the neck. Have you done an Ultrasound abdomen. Do you have any problem with your bowel and bladder habits. Any burning micturition.

Low grade fever can be due to vast reasons ,some times it is difficult to find the cause .This is reason we call it fever of unknown origin.in such case wait & watch & repeated investigation some times help to find the diagnosis.
