Low Grade Intermittent Fever, Chills. Doing Intense Exercise. Any Ideas?

I'm having what I believe to be low grade intermittent fevers. It's been going on for two days, (I know not very long) but it's not really accompanied with any other symptoms besides chills. During the day I've been feeling great and have a normal temperature. Then at night it starts rising near 101 around the same time. Should I get it checked out? Wait a while longer? Could intense exercise cause thins? Thank you.
