Lump Behind Left Nipple, Clear Fluid Out. Suggestion?

I am 20 years old 5 9 and 175 pounds and I lift weights almost everyday. For about 2 months I have a had a lump behind my left nipple and I just was squeezing it to see if i could get anything out of it and a little bit of clear fluid came out of it and now I m kind of curious to if I should seek medical attention. Please help me out.

Your history is suggestive of presence of fluid filled cavity which we call a cyst in your breast.Most of the types its benign and needs a surgical excision.I suggest you to consult a surgeon for further management.Donot sqeeze because it might get infected.This is quite common in your age group and you donot need to worry.Hope this helps.
