MIRI Scanner Impression: How can i come out of below problems 1.Type ||| dessicatory changes of L4-L5/L5-S1 intervertebral disc . 2.Modic type | end plate changes of L5 AND s1 3.Focal posterior annular tear of L4-L5 AND L5-S1 Intervertebral disc 4. Circumferential annular disc bulge at L4-L5 with left foraminal disc bulge protrusion indenting ventral thecal sac, with narrowing of spinal canal and bilateral neural forminae impinging and compressing existing nerve roots on right and left side respectively. 5.Circuferential annular disc bulge at L5-S1 WITH posterocentral and left foraminal disc protrusion indenting ventral thecal sac with narrowing of spinal canal and bilateral neural foraminae compressing equinal and existing nerve roots, grad 1 on grade 111 on left.

These cahnges are age related changes which come due to bone overgrowth which reaches into and between vertebrae and causes nerve compression.and in return there will be pain.to overcome ,you will be suggested with calcium intake and little bit exercises which will should be taken after consulting orthopaediac
