Three days ago I had an MRI of the brain with contrast and they noted a 9mm homogeneously enhancing excrescence, along the inner table, of the right parafalcine parietal calvarium.......a right parafalcine meningioma.
This was discovered as a follow up to a fall where I hit my head.
You must consult a neurosurgeon. If it is 9 mm, there is not much to worry right now. If your neurological clinical examination is normal and you do not report any seizures, you can relax for a while and get repeat scan done in 6 months or a years time to know if it is growing and causing any pressure symptoms in head. If it shows significant growth surgical treatment might be considered.
Hope this helps
