MRI Shows Moderate Disc Osteophyte Complex, Uncovertebral Joint Hypertrophy Causing Neural Foraminal Stenosis. Indications?

Hi..my mri reads the following...moderate right sided disc osteophyte complex and uncovertebral joint hypertrophy present causing right sided neural foraminal stenosis ...central canal stenosis at c5-c6...at c6-c7it reads....mild cervical spondylosis prese.t with diffuse disc osteophyte complex bulge...bilateral uncovertebral joint hypertrophy greater on the left present...bilateral neural neural foraminal stenosis present....mild central canal stenosis present....in lamens terms can yku tell me what this means????

Thank for choosing HCM, See it is difficult say any thing without the clinical presentation, merely going through the reports indicates the several etiologies, if you do not have major neurological complaint, then you need not worry, I would request you to send the detail clinical reports, Have nice day.
