Hello and welcome to HCM, The tests antimicrosomal antibodies and anti-thyroglobulin antibodies are done for for detecting thyroid disease. These auto antibodies are elevated in autoimmune thyroiditis. It is characterised by hypothyroidism or low thyroid hormones. You need to get thyroid function tests- T3, T4 and TSH. You may be asymptomatic currently but you are predisposed to develop thyroiditis followed by hypothyroidism.
