Middle And Lower Back Pain, Gas, Pain In Thigh

Hi I started having pain in my middle to lower back (right side)a few weeks ago..thought it may be kidney pain or back pain ..over the past 3 weeks pain is more intense even in ovary area and now sometimes on left side as well..I also have had alot of gas/ bloating discomfort and pain in my thigh on the right side along with the back and pelvic pain . No fever, but have been urinating more but without discomfort. Last night woke up with severe pain right side/thigh and ride side pelvic and...lots of gas...still in discomfort this morning. Just curious what could be causing this? Should I see my general doctor first or gynocologist?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi
Your complains of a back pain which is radiating to the right leg is most probably a Inter-vertebral disc prolapse with right side sciatica. Please consult a Orthopaedic Surgeon and get a X ray and MRI of the spine done. A kidney stone usually presents with severe unbearable pain and it is on and off (spasmodic). Any way if you take a X-ray LS spine AP / Lateral view we can know the provisional diagnosis.
Take care.
