Migraine, Dizziness, Completely Blank, Undergoing Stress. Should I Meet Doctor?

Hi

i'm a 24 year old female, no kids and not expecting..... i have gained quite a lot of weight over the last 2 months, for the past week or so i have had a number of dizzy spells. sometimes so bad, i want to faint..... i have also had a migraine for the last 4 days, i am also experiencing moments where i would go completely blank (this normally don't last longer than a minute or so)...sometimes my head feels all "blown up like a balloon (Does this make any sense?)".
can this be stress related? i am currently under a lot of stress at work as well as financially.

Should i go to my GP?

Hello

One thing you should do is undergo the thyroid test. Get done with your T3, T4,& TSH.
If this turns out to be normal than you can visit a Psychiatrist.
As he/she would be a better person to handle your bouts of headache and stress.
Meanwhile start up with some Relaxing Exercises and Deep Breathing Exercises.

Regards
