Mole Between Toe, Removed It, Pus And Blood Coming After Weeks. Is This The Cause For Concern?

hello doctor,
I have found a mole in my between toes and I have removed it and found some black still inside. I went to dermatologist and he told me come after 10 day. he removed it and pathology report came and he says there was no worry some there. it seem the site healed well. but after 4 week , I got pain and found pus and blood came out.
is it any dangerous?

It could be post surgical infection, during the operative procedure if care is not taken ( Sterilization) for aseptic precaution then the chances of infection more, now it needs antibiotic, I would advise you to discus it with your doctor, it is not dangerous but of course need medical attention, take care and have good day.
