Multiple Bumps On Inner Thighs, White Discharge. On Steroid Creams For Rash. Causes?

My 6 year old daughter has multiple bumps on her inner thigh and she complains that they hurt. If she picks at them a hard white lump of stuff comes out. Almost like a wart . She seen the dermatologist about 2 weeks ago because of a rash in same place that he said was dermatitis and gave her a topical steroid . Rash is gone but now she has all these bumps. Any ideas as to what they could be?

For white discharge use vaginal passris.
And take hot tub bsth with betadine lotion.
