My Chest Hurts When I Swallow,It Feels Like I Have Something In My Pipe

The middle of my chest hurts, especially when i swallow. It feels like i have something in my pipe but it doesn t go down and it has hurt for about four days now. What is it and what should I do?

Hi, thanks for your query.You seems to have dyspepsia.This is means you are producing more amount of acid in your stomach and that leads to indigestion and problem like this.Please avoid junk foods,spicy foods and more of soft or hard drinks.Take regular diet and do regular exercise you should be fine.If not then you may need some medicines ,kindly get in touch with your doctor.bye and take care.
