Pregnancy hormones can block insulin from doing its job. When this happens, glucose levels may increase in a pregnant woman's blood. It usually doesn't have any symptoms. So all pregnant ladies are advised to undergo a glucose-screening test between 24 and 28 weeks. Glucose tolerance test is considered positive only if the readings are more than 140mg/dl after consumption of 50g of oral glucose. So i think ur levels are absolutely perfect.
