AAARRGH!!! My heart keeps palpitating, feels like its going to burst through my chest :-( It's been happening? The only thing I can think of that is different I gave up smoking 6 days ago... Forgot to mention that im 28 years old and male, not sure if that helps ?

Are you taking nicotine replacement products? That does cause palpitations and you may need a lower dose.Well done, by the way.
