Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Good Day
You probably have lower pharyngitis/oesophagitis which is causing difficulty in swallowing with pain. You can try steam inhalation for relief in pharyngitis. Avoid eating hot, spicy or hard food till the pain reduces. It may have occurred due to trauma. Best will be to get examined by an ENT Doctor to find out possible causes and treat appropriately.
