Mysterious Ring Shaped Bruise On The Side Of My Knee
I noticed yesterday a 3 inch diameter ring on the side of my knee that is the same purple color as a bruise. It is in an area where there are alot of small veins near the surface

Did you ever figure out what this was? I am 7 months pregnant have this same thing happening except that it is on my upper leg - inner thigh area. I have never had any isses with veins, or bruislike veins,...and am only 27. Im interested in what youve since found out!

This has happened either due to some injury or due to some blood disorder causing spontaneous haemorrhages in your body. If such spots appear in other areas also then go for blood tests to rule out coagulation disorders or deep vein thrombosis.
