Neck Pain, Muscle Spasm. Have Hypothyroidism. Jaw Tightening

Hi I'm having stinging pain on both sides of my neck my muscles are having bad spasms if I move a certain way muscles will tighten in my neck. I was dx with hypothyroidism a while back. I can be brushing my teeth and my muscles will tighten up around the jaw and down the neck. I have some other things going on with my muscles arms legs cramps .
