2 days ago I was getting something out if my trunk and the wind blew it down and it slammed into the back of my head. I thought I d be gushing blood. Thankfully I waant. However. I ve previously had neck and shoulder pain but my head has been hurting very badly all day today and it came on suddenly with some mild nausea. What should I do? Is it a concussion?
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern for the head injury there is rule for head injury, if the history of head injury is there then patient should be kept under the observation for 72 hours because any thing could happens during this time period, even if you do not have any symptoms that does not mean that it is okay, this should never be taken lightly or at the most immediate CT scan need to be done, hope this information helps you have nice day.
