Hi,
As all your home
pregnancy test kits gave negative results, the possibility of pregnancy is less. According to your symptoms, it is appearing as spurious pregnancy, in which due to the continuous thinking of the pregnancy you can feel the symptoms which mimic the real pregnancy like nausea, tiredness, vomiting, abdominal cramps, feeling the baby movements, weight gain, etc.
So, to come to one conclusion and to avoid the symptoms, please consult your gynecologist once, get examined and go for a
blood test for pregnancy and
ultrasound. By doing these tests and by visualising the empty uterus in the ultrasound screen you can come out of the thoughts about the pregnancy.
If your doctor suggests you can go for other blood tests like, blood sugar levels,
hemoglobin, thyroid profile etc. by this the possible cause of your
amenorrhea can be identified and treatment can be taken accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sree Gouri S. R., OBGYN
