Need Evaluation For My Multiple Problems
I have Sjogrens Disease, Lupus Arthritis, Petechiae, on arms & abdomine, Intestinal and stomach pain and small lumps under my skin on my arms, am exhausted all the time, low thyroid, and feel like I have no appetite. Do you have any possible answers about my problem?

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the multiple disease that you have in my opinion it is better to consult medical institute because this would be kind of team work and this has to be done with all the concern medical team like physician, gastroenterologist, surgeon, and other medical persons, take care and have a nice day.
