Hello! Thank you for writing! I understand your concern. I want you to explain something in details. Our body after eating produces insuline which help the cells in different organs to use glucose to produce energy ( for our body to function properly) or to deposite energy in form of glycogen for later use. In type 2 diabetes there is a resistance in insuline acting on the cells in order to use glucose so this is the reason that you keep losing weight. Diabetes is called starving in the middle of the abundance. You should visit a clinical nutritionist in order to give you a personalised diet and help you with this. Among different studies it is seen that excercising in the afternoon lows this insuline resistance and glucose is used from the muscles. So I recommend you to exercise in the afternoon, walking fast for 30 minutes or whatever you want. Thank you. Best regards.
