Negative Pregnancy Test. Breast Tenderness, Frequent Urination, Delayed Period. Can Someone Help?

I took 2 pregnacy tests already, they both came out negative. I took these tests because my cycle has always been 21 days, and my period has not came since my then first day of my menstrual last time. (october 11th 2012). ive been having breast tenderness and ive been peeing alot, i thought i was pregnant thats why i took these tests, but they came out negative, can someone please help me.

frequent urination .Breas t tenderness may be a premenstrual symptom .
wait for one more week,,and do rpt urine pregnancy test.if it is negative take progesterone tab after consulting your gynaecologist.
