No Change In Basal Temperature, Feeling Dizzy, Hot Flashes, Hungry, Nausea. Pregnancy Chances?

I have been on the same cycle for 42 days, not a huge change in basal temperature I take every morning. I have been really dizzy, hot flashes, very hungry in the past couple days, nauseous, bloated and now gassy. I do not have a normal cycle off birth control , but my last cycle without was exactly 28 days. I have been sick recently, as well. Could I be pregnant?

Hi,
Your symptoms do not necessarily suggest an early pregnancy nor do they deny it altogether. You would need to take a serum beta-hCG test to conclude definitively as urine tests may not be of use as you do not have regular cycles. You may also get a trans-vaginal sonogram and check with your consultant for an opinion. You could be having mild gastritis as well. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
