Normal To Bleed Heavily And Have Cramps After Mirena Replacement?
I had my Mirena replaced last month, and had a light period for about a week afterwards, after not having periods for 5 years, however its been almost 2 months and I started bleeding heavily today with severe cramping. Is this normal or should I be checked out by my GYN

Some degree of bleeding can occur after Mirena replacement and is quite common. Nothing to worry about.
You can take Tranexemic Acid or Ethamsylate tablets for controlling the excessive bleeding.
If bleeding is severe, you can consult a gynecologist and be evaluated.
