ORIF Surgery For Left Elbow, Joining Karate Class ?
i had undergone ORIF surgery for my left elbow two years ago. one year ago i removed the rod that placed in my hand . I want to know that can i go to karate class and do exercisec. Pls help me
Yes you can join karate classes as its been 2years.you can join the training classes. Avoiding direct pressure can be avoided on elbow that is direct training on person.
And before you start please have an evaluation with your surgeon about the condition of ur elbow, its range, muscle power and the joint z free from any complications. Your surgeon has to decide about your limitation.
You have to take more precaution,if you experience any difficulties or pain during training, but usually nothing will happen.
