Old Aged, Feeling Very Tired, More Fatigue Than Usual. What To Do?
I am a man 67 who is feeling very tired and have more fatigue than usual. I am fairly active. During the day sleep fairly well get up early but this does not seem to explain why I feel so tired in the evening. As early as 8. I have a very slow heart rate my blood pressure is normal I talk no medication other than some Tylenol . Occasionally some ibuprofen due to,the fact that I had a kidney removed 8 years ago. Recovery was excellent. I am checked regularly and all is well. I can not explain this fatigue. According to my last blood work it was normal. Do you have any answers for me?
