If your sugars are between 110-120 mg/dl you are doing fine. However it is unusual that a person who is off insulin has this type of control without insulin !
As far as your problems of tiredness and stomach ache are concerned they can be caused by fluctuations in your sugar levels.
I would advice you to get an HBa1c done which tells us about your sugar control over the last 3 months.
Vicky, health is the first priority and don't ignore it. If you can afford insulin we can switch you over to relatively cheap oral medications, however if you were a diabetic who was taking insulin it is difficult to have a complete control without any medications at all. Please do let you know about your diabetes status and we can surely help you replace your current meds with cheaper alternatives.
With warm regards
