On Metronidazole. White Stuff In Vagina After Removing Nuvaring. Matter Of Concern?

I have been taking metronidazole for 3 days now and have a nuva ring as well. The pharmacist said it should be okay, but today I went to take my Nuva ring out and I had an excess amount of clumpy white stuff in my vagina near the cervix an also on the nuva ring, I've never seen this texture or discharge from my vagina before. It did not come out as discharge but I am concerned.

HI!
Welcome to HCM!
Whitish clumpy discharge in your vagina seems to be because of fungal infection .You will need to apply local antifungal cream and if required a course of oral antifungal treatment. My advice is to visit a gynaecologist and get yourself examined.
Hope this will help you!
Take care!
